Maybe this is a good place for those of us who are helping to "design" the site to discuss how we'd like the menus to be organized. I think just about any organization will work for those who use the site frequently, but it needs, especially, to make sense to a new user. And it should include all content that we anticipate offering.

Here's the initial WEC structure - that makes it hard for me to find things:

Below is one cut at menu organization. As I began thing about it I realized that there's no reason that a page full of information couldn't appear in multiple menu locations, so more of that may be needed. For example, we might provide a secondary menu that focuses on "Youth" or "Seniors" or whatever, and simply front-end existing pages with an appropriate intro page.
